
Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Director to lead client engagement and drive business growth with our sophisticated B2B clients.
Your primary responsibility will be to anticipate and address client needs, working collaboratively to shape strategic projects that exceed their expectations.
- Passion for B2B marketing
- 6+ years of account/client service agency experience (preferably in tech, financial services, or professional services)
- Proven track record of delivering growth outcomes
- Strong empathy for client-side perspectives
- Excellent organisational, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong awareness of digital, data, ABM, content, and creative marketing strategies
- 'Opportunity-over-problem' thinker
