Customer Service Parts Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:
- To process and receive orders and quotes in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide expert advice on part suitability and discuss the best solution with customers
- To carry out customer parts counter duties, including receiving parts calls, greeting, and assisting walk-in customers
- Organise and manage daily freight delivery operations
- Work closely with office and service departments to ensure seamless communication
- Maintain accountability of all parts correctly counted in and out of the branch
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Parts Interpreter in an Automotive or similar industry
- Excellent customer service and effective communication skills
- A strong knowledge of engines is advantageous
- The ability to learn new software and processes quickly
- High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and troubleshoot complex tasks
