Senior Marketing and Events Manager

We're seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Program Specialist to join our Global Partnerships and Channels team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and executing end-to-end in-person and virtual enablement events for our partner community.
The ideal candidate will have strong Marketing Events & Logistics experience, with a proven track record of delivering and executing successful enablement programs. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging partner events and manage all aspects of event execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and executing impactful events that drive partner engagement and success
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and strategize engaging partner events
- Managing all aspects of event execution, from design to delivery
- Creating registration pages, email marketing communications, and other assets to promote events
- Measuring event success and identifying areas for improvement using data analytics
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- 5+ years of Marketing Events & Logistics experience in partner ecosystem organizations, preferably in the Tech/Software industry
- Hands-on experience managing both virtual and in-person events
- Passion for building strong partnerships and driving positive outcomes
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage complex events with multiple stakeholders
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to problem-solve and innovate in a fast-paced environment
