**Job Summary**

The Marketing and Events Manager - AUS will be responsible for generating trial of Monster Energy Drink products by consumers and supporting sales efforts through event sampling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, hire, and train Monster Ambassadors team members.
  • Supervise operations and equipment in local markets.
  • Execute strategic directions and manage the goals for assigned regions/markets.
  • Identify and partner with various groups and organizations to increase market knowledge.
  • Maintain inventory control for sales and promotional events.
  • Plan and manage all aspects of event planning processes, including personnel, product delivery/distribution, transportation, supplies, contracts, and insurance.
  • Provide market successes feedback and adhere to deadlines for administrative tasks.

**Requirements**

  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar field of study.
  • Between 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Promotional.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in event planning and managing resources.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
