Job Title: Head of Tailored Lending

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our Tailored Lending team, responsible for assessing complex loan applications and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and evaluate complex loan applications, including commercial, trust, and company loans
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead and manage a team of lending specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new lending products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and risk management
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in residential credit assessment, with a focus on self-employed applications
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex financial data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure
