My NRMA is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs for our front-line employees and managers. Your primary focus will be on supporting our Roadside Delivery team, helping them develop the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service and experiences for our members.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop engaging learning materials and programs using various platforms and tools.
• Facilitate and deliver training sessions, both in-person and virtually, ensuring consistency and quality across all sites.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key skill gaps, learner priorities, and embed learning initiatives.
Requirements
• A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or similar qualification.
• A qualified mechanic or automotive electrician with a current Class C drivers' license.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current and future trends in automotive technology and design.
• Excellent facilitation skills, both online and face-to-face, to frontline teams.
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role, with a background in the automotive industry.
