Clinical Lead Out of Home Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Clinical Lead to join our team at Tradewind Australia. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to take on a leadership role in our Youth out of Home Care sector.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership across our services, including individual supervision, group facilitation, and clinical practice development strategies. You will also support staff to use the applicable Practice Model/s and service guidelines / frameworks to facilitate clients/carers in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and oversight to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Support staff to use Practice Model/s and service guidelines / frameworks
- Monitor ongoing clinical practice and accreditation requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's level qualification in Psychology or Social Work
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in clinical and practice roles with a focus on Out of Home Care (OOHC), trauma-informed practice, complex behaviour support
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Experience in clinical, risk, and human resource management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A Provisional or above jurisdiction Driver License
- A Current positive notice in the Working with Children Check
This is a full-time position with a salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
