Tradewind Australia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Out of Home Care Clinical Manager to lead our clinical operations. This exciting new role combines clinical expertise with leadership and management skills to ensure high-quality service delivery.
About the RoleWe are offering a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Senior Out of Home Care Clinical Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our clinical practice and ensuring that our services meet the needs of our clients and their families.
Job DescriptionAs a Senior Out of Home Care Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership across our services, supporting staff to use evidence-based practice models, and ensuring that our programs operate in accordance with relevant legislation and policy. You will also assist in monitoring ongoing clinical practice and accreditation requirements, and provide effective leadership and clinical oversight to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership across services through individual supervision, group facilitation, and clinical practice development strategies.
- Support staff to use applicable Practice Models, service guidelines, and frameworks to facilitate client goals.
- Provide clinical oversight of complex incidents, ensuring alignment with organisational and legislative requirements.
- Masters level qualification in Psychology or Social Work.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in clinical and practice roles with a focus on Out of Home Care, trauma-informed practice, and complex behaviour support.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the capacity to translate strategies into operational activities with a clinical lens.
- Experience in clinical, risk, and human resource management.
