The Role:
The Accounts Payable Administrator plays a central role in the finance function, working within a large team environment. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver key strategic projects and corporate plan objectives.
As a trusted business partner, you will support business case preparation, quarterly reviews, and ad-hoc analysis. Your exceptional attention to detail and ability to take initiative will be invaluable assets to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing high volume International Supply Chain invoices in a fast-paced environment.
- Reviewing invoices for GST & tax compliance and approved contracted rates.
- Ensuring invoices are coded & approved correctly in accordance with delegation of authority.
- 3-way matching of invoices to Purchase orders.
- Preparing and processing daily journals, monthly accruals, and reconciliations.
