We are seeking an experienced finance professional to provide financial administration and support, ensuring effective management of cash flow and accounts payable.
">The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining our financial systems, supporting internal and external stakeholder relationships, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and guidelines.
">Key Responsibilities:">- ">
- Provide financial administration and support, including cash management and accounts payable.">
- Work closely with the Contract and Procurement Officer to ensure alignment of financial contracts and purchase orders.">
- Prepare monthly creditor accruals and monitor financial compliance, including petty cash management and employee reimbursement.">
Applicants should possess sound knowledge of government and departmental financial policies and guidelines, as well as demonstrated experience in Oracle Financials and Zycus software packages.
">Demonstrated initiative to problem-solve financial administration and process matters is also essential for this role.
