As a Business Partnership Specialist, you will play a key role in driving organizational success through effective people management.

This challenging and rewarding role requires an individual with exceptional relationship-building skills, business acumen, and knowledge of employment law.

The ideal candidate will have experience in HR Business Partnering, with a strong understanding of modern awards and fair work legislation.

You will be responsible for providing strategic advice and support to line managers, analyzing trends and metrics to inform business decisions, and collaborating with the wider team to drive employee engagement and development strategies.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Law, Psychology, or a related discipline
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, with a focus on award interpretation and employment law
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations
