Market Risk Analyst Position in Oceania

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Risk Analyst to join our team in Oceania. As a key member of the Market Risk Team, you will play a critical role in implementing and managing our Risk Framework & Strategy.
Your primary focus will be on risk identification, analysis, and reporting, ensuring that we maintain a robust risk management framework that supports our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Risk Management: Assist in identifying, analyzing, and reporting market risks across various departments, ensuring compliance with MUFG policies and guidelines.
- Reporting and Analytics: Produce regular reports on Oceania's market risk performance, including credit limits, loan due date checks, borrow ratings reviews, and audits.
- System Maintenance: Maintain and update credit limits in front and back office systems, as well as middle office systems.
- Special Projects: Assist in testing new risk management systems and document updates to risk management systems regularly.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong Excel Skills: Proficiency in Excel is essential for data analysis and reporting.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
- Tertiary Qualification: A tertiary qualification in banking, commerce, finance, or accounting is desirable.

Estimated Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$120,000 per annum.
