About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Leader to join our team in Oceania. The successful candidate will lead and oversee all aspects of our cyber security program, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive cyber security strategies, policies, and procedures to protect our digital infrastructure from evolving threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities, assess potential impact, and prioritize remediation efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk mitigation strategies and controls.
  • Establish and enforce cyber security policies, standards, and procedures to govern our information assets and infrastructure.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits to validate the effectiveness of security controls and processes and address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field.
  • Advanced degrees and relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) are highly desirable.
  • Extensive experience (7+ years) in cyber security management, including leading security programs in complex organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of cyber security principles, technologies, and best practices.
  • In-depth understanding of security frameworks, standards, and regulations (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR).

Salary Range

A competitive salary range of $180,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on experience.
