Data Analyst for Credit Risk Management

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Data Analyst to join our Risk Team, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our credit risk strategy and decisioning capabilities.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a world-class team, leveraging your expertise in data analysis and SQL skills to drive business growth and mitigate risks. As a key member of our Risk Management & Data Science team, you'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven solutions that inform our credit risk management, fraud control, and credit decisioning initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive analytics and models to inform credit risk decisions, including scorecard model reviews and governance framework establishment.
  • Analyze portfolio performance through trend analysis of key metrics, such as revenue, profitability, and arrears rate.
  • Take ownership of the full end-to-end analytics cycle across your credit risk analytics portfolio, driving insights and recommendations to executive management.
  • Work closely with the broader business to achieve key outcomes on credit risk initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working as a risk/data analyst, ideally in unsecured lending products.
  • Ability to influence decision-makers with data-driven insights, driving results and improvements across credit risk.
  • Solid SQL skills and experience delivering data visualization dashboards using Tableau.
  • Aptitude for identifying and managing risks, with a strong understanding of our values - Customer First, Own it, Stronger Together, and Change the Game.
What We Offer

In return for your expertise and passion, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. You'll also enjoy:
