Technical Solution Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide technical insight and solution development to customers, consultants, and sales staff.

  • Supporting sales professionals in winning opportunities by providing technical expertise and whiteboard support;
  • Developing solutions that meet customer needs and preferences;
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to create customer technical roadmaps;
  • Coaching sales professionals on application specialties;
  • Achieving growth targets within assigned regions.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a business or engineering related field;
  • 10+ years of technical solution experience;
  • Domain experience in Access Control and Video Surveillance systems;
  • Essential technical skills in field hardware, Fire, PAVA, Security, or BMS systems;
  • The ability to communicate technical concepts to internal and external customers.
