We are seeking a highly skilled professional to serve as a trusted advisor for customers, guiding them through the evaluation and adoption of SolarWinds solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-depth technical presentations and demonstrations to customers, showcasing your expertise in SolarWinds products.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to understand customer requirements, design tailored solutions, and drive successful sales engagements.
  • Buid long-lasting relationships with potential and existing customers, ensuring they fully understand the capabilities and benefits of SolarWinds solutions.
  • Assess customer environments and develop bespoke technical solutions that align with their IT strategy and business needs.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IT operations, network management, and cloud-based monitoring solutions. You will work closely with the sales team to articulate the value of SolarWinds products and ensure customers receive customized solutions that address their unique challenges.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or similar technical role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, security, and cloud technologies.
  • Experience with SolarWinds or similar IT monitoring and management tools.

You should be able to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Excellent presentation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are required.
