CRM Solutions Architect

In a dynamic financial services landscape, we're seeking a seasoned Crm expert to design and deliver innovative enterprise-grade solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing strategic crm initiatives that drive real business impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customized crm systems to meet complex business needs.
  • Create and enhance custom entities, plugins, workflows, business rules, and power automate flows.
  • Integrate crm with core banking systems, erp platforms, payment gateways, and third-party applications.
  • Design intelligent solutions using power apps, power bi dashboards, and automation tools.
  • Ensure data security, compliance, and integrity through role-based access, field-level security, and audit controls.
Requirements
  • 6–10 years of hands-on experience in crm development.
  • Proven experience in the financial services domain—banking, insurance, or fintech.
  • Strong understanding of integration architecture and modern crm practices.
  • Passion for clean code, scalable architecture, and delivering business value through technology.
