Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale CRM solutions using Dynamics 365.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in customizations, integrations, and data migration, with strong collaboration skills for working with customers, architects, and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients in discovery workshops to provide technical feasibility and thought leadership for business requirements.
  • Design and architect solutions for Dynamics 365 CRM modules to meet project requirements.
  • Deliver high-quality code deliverables, including configurations, plugins, workflows, and customizations.
  • Work with Azure services such as Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Key Vault, and other related technologies to extend CRM capabilities.
  • Lead validation for all types of testing (unit, integration, UAT) and support implementation, transition, and warranty activities.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects to design and develop integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and other business applications.
  • Develop data migration plans and lead migration activities from legacy systems to Dynamics 365 CRM using required tools.
  • Guide and mentor developers to ensure adherence to design standards, best practices, and project timelines.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience as Developer, Technical Lead, or Solution Designer on the Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
  • Strong experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent customer interfacing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills with great attention to detail.
