Enterprise CRM Solution Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise CRM Solution Specialist to design, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that drive real business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement enterprise-grade CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Customize and configure CRM systems to meet complex business needs.
Build and enhance custom entities, plugins, workflows, business rules, and Power Automate flows.
Integrate Dynamics 365 with core banking systems, ERP platforms, and other third-party applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Requirements:
Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation, customization, and configuration.
Expertise in developing custom entities, plugins, workflows, business rules, and Power Automate flows.
