We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRM Platform Specialist to join our enterprise systems team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of our CRM platform, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize system performance and meet business needs.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM platforms and experience in configuring and maintaining user profiles, permissions, deployments, data integrity, and end-user support. They will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced agile teams and prioritize competing requests.To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as IT, marketing or business
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a CRM or similar role
  • Healthcare industry experience is highly desirable
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator is desirable
