The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, plus a tool of trade vehicle and quarterly paid sales incentives based on sales metrics.

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Account Manager to support our Melbourne/Regional Victorian client base. In this role, you will manage active, new, and past clients, ensuring their needs are met on time and delivering a high level of customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset and enjoy using data to develop plans that ensure your region is profitable. We are looking for someone who loves building relationships and becoming an extension of our clients' businesses, acting as a trusted advisor.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Background as an Account Manager or Sales Representative
  • Excellent negotiation skills & attention to detail
  • Advanced Sales experience – understanding how to close
  • Strong computer literacy – Salesforce & Microsoft
  • You are tenacious and driven to succeed
  • The ability to prioritise workload
  • Warm, energised & engaged personality
  • Full Drivers License
