Job Title: School Chaplain

This is a leadership role at an independent school with a strong Christian focus. We are seeking a spiritually mature and theologically grounded individual to lead our students in their spiritual development.

  • Foster a vibrant, Christ-centred culture across the school community.
  • Lead and co-ordinate chapel services and discipleship programs.
  • Mentor and support staff in integrating a Christian worldview into curriculum and practice.
  • Provide pastoral care and guidance to students, families, staff and alumni.
About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • An ordained Evangelical Anglican Minister or eligible for licensing by the Dean of Sydney.
  • A deep commitment to the gospel and the mission of Christian education.
  • Strong pastoral instincts and theological clarity.
  • Proven ability to connect with and disciple young people and interact with a diverse community.
