Ministry Coordinator

The Ministry Coordinator is a pivotal role in supporting our mission of sharing the gospel of Jesus. This entails training and equipping the next generation of gospel workers, as well as overseeing on-camp Christian Discovery sessions and other spiritual inputs for staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and assess the Certificate IV in Christian Ministry and Theology
  • Develop and implement training materials and assist with the creation and management of Christian Discovery sessions used on camps
  • Lead and speak on camps and be involved in our mentoring program

We are seeking an individual with:

  • Outstanding Christian character and a mature faith
  • A full agreement with our 'Basis of Belief'
  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience in a related field
  • Experience in creating and delivering biblical teaching material
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
