
Front Desk Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and efficient customer service professional to support our sales, service, and administration teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage front desk duties including phone calls, visitor reception, and customer inquiries
- Coordinate logistics of delivery trucks and confirmations
- Process purchase orders and reconcile invoices onsite
- Prepare and maintain customer and sales documents and reports
- Collaborate with the team for seamless project delivery and client satisfaction
- Perform general administrative tasks
- No prior experience is necessary but relevant administration skills would be beneficial
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional presentation and attitude
