Guest Service Agent Position

We are seeking a skilled Guest Service Agent to provide exceptional customer service and support to our guests.

This role involves assisting with reservations from initial contact through check-out, working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, and providing professional communication skills, especially over the phone.

A background in hotel front office experience is preferred, but full training will be provided to those demonstrating the right attitude, regardless of experience.

You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay with us is comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Hotel front office experience preferably backed by relevant certifications
  • Ability to assist with reservations from initial contact through check-out
  • Knowledge of RMS or similar systems is an asset
  • Understanding of hotel or serviced apartment procedures
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Professional communication skills, especially over the phone
  • Computer skills in Word and Excel are a plus
  • Patience, ability to work under pressure, and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail, professional presentation, and organisational skills
