Job Description

The successful candidate will lead the strategic development and growth of the portfolio, drive impact by enhancing the customer proposition and commercial performance, and manage customer and commercial performance. They will also be responsible for innovating and enhancing the offering, continuously improving the customer value proposition, and delivering against targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the strategic direction, performance, and optimisation of the ancillary product portfolio integrated across multiple sales channels.
  • Design and manage portfolio performance, ideate and execute new initiatives, engage effectively with stakeholders, and deliver against targets.
  • Elevate seating ancillary offerings and maximise impact through combining analytical insight, creativity, and leadership.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in product management, ideally with a strong commercial feel and well-developed understanding of strategic, financial, customer, technological, and business issues. They will also possess highly effective stakeholder management skills, ability to communicate with all levels of management, and strong ownership and drive to exceed goals.
