Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Product Strategist and Business Lead who can represent the business interests and act as an escalation point for business teams. This role will also involve driving the uplift and modernization of ASIC's registers, user channels, and interfaces.

About You

  • You hold a relevant bachelor's degree or have extensive work experience in product management.
  • You have demonstrated knowledge of ASIC Registry end-to-end business processes, user interfaces, strategic priorities, and operating framework.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others at all levels of the organization.
  • You have a proven track record of analyzing complex issues, documenting solutions, and leading cross-functional teams.
  • You can effectively prioritize competing demands, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the business as the Product Owner and act as an escalation point for business teams.
  • Drive the modernization and uplift of ASIC's registers, user channels, and interfaces.
  • Manage and lead business analysts in developing high-quality, documented business requirements.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders, product managers, subject matter experts, and business teams to ensure delivered products meet business needs.
  • Prioritize the delivery of the product backlog according to agreed-upon product strategy and project schedule.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Skill Requirements
