Key Worker – Northern Melbourne

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Key Worker to join our team in the Northern Melbourne area. As a Key Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering interventions to NDIS participants (specifically children aged 0-8) and their families, leading to positive and life-changing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver therapy and support services to children and their families in diverse settings, including homes, schools, and community centers.
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized plans to meet the unique needs of each participant.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Educators, to provide comprehensive support.
- Provide coaching and guidance to parents and caregivers to empower them to support their child's development.
- Document and bill for services through our online participant management system.

- A relevant tertiary qualification and registration (Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Speech Pathologist, or Educator).
- Minimum 12 months experience working with children (aged 0-8) and their families.
- Demonstrated experience working with children with disability.
- A positive and flexible approach to work, with strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork.
- A valid Australian driver's license and NDIS Workers Screening Check.
