The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Haemodialysis Registered Nurse to join our team at Northern Health. As a Haemodialysis Registered Nurse, you will be accountable for delivering quality patient care and outcomes in a manner consistent with professional codes of conduct, legal requirements, and organizational policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care and outcomes in a Haemodialysis setting
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop plans for nursing practice
- Provide safe, appropriate, and responsive quality nursing practice
- Evaluate outcomes to inform nursing practice
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered care
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years' experience in Haemodialysis
- Ability to think critically and analyze nursing practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to maintain a high level of professionalism and adaptability
