Key Worker – Northern Melbourne

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Intervention Specialist to join our team at Everyday Independence. As a Key Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering interventions to NDIS participants (specifically children aged 0-8) and their families, leading to positive and life-changing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver therapy sessions in diverse settings, including homes, schools, and community centers
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized plans to support children's development and well-being
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Educators, to provide comprehensive support
- Build strong relationships with participants, families, and support networks to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Document and bill sessions through our online participant management system

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant tertiary qualification and registration (e.g., Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, or Education)
- Minimum 12 months experience working with children (aged 0-8) and their families
- Demonstrated experience working with children with disability
- A positive and flexible approach to work
- Strong communication skills and a team player
- Commitment to personal and professional growth
- A valid Australian driver's license
- NDIS Workers Screening Check and Working with Children's Check
