Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical quotations and preliminary designs to demonstrate solutions to customers.
  • Deliver schedules, enter orders, and assist with inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Engage with customers to understand their specific requirements and offer suitable solutions.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including Engineering, Finance, Procurement, and Logistics functions.
  • Utilize tools such as the company's MRP system (MOVEX/M3), EDM (Document Management), AutoCAD, CRM (Siebel), and Microsoft Office.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Electrical engineering or its equivalent.
  • Expertise in utilizing engineering drawing packages, preferably AutoCad.
  • Knowledge of power distribution and motor control will be highly regarded.
  • Possess a professional work ethic and able to work in a fast-paced environment, where good and timely communication with customers is of paramount importance.
  • Knowledge and exposure to various MRP and CRM software as well as Microsoft Office.
