Product Training Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Product Training Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to sales teams, focusing on product knowledge and technical information of vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging training programs that cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
- Conduct role-playing activities, workshops, and hands-on practice to reinforce learning.
- Develop training materials and presentations using PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- Utilize virtual platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams to facilitate online training sessions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Education, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive, EV, or technology sector is highly regarded.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, and adaptability to learn new methods and tools.
