WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We have an exciting position available to join our Asia-Pacific Product Training regional team.

As Product Training Specialist Harvester, you will be conducting Commercial and Technical Training courses and presentations on a selection of Combine Harvesters, Sugar Cane Harvesters and Cotton Pickers

Course participants could be APAC Market Trainers, local company personnel, importer and dealer staff or end users.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Prepare and deliver Commercial and Technical Training on products within the Harvesters portfolio
- Preparation and organization of all aspects of the training courses; materials, components, products, classrooms etc.
- Work with the Training Teams of the other CNH Industrial regions to obtain and modify centrally produced training material to suit the needs of APAC Branch Markets and Importers
- Gain an in-depth knowledge of products to ensure the highest level of training is achieved
- Deliver "Train the Trainer" Training sessions to Trainers of the APAC Branch Markets
- Deliver Training sessions directly to the Importer Markets
- Work with the Product Marketing Group and Business Managers to understand the product in relation to the market, and to develop the capability of the network to correctly market and sell specific products within the different countries of the APAC Region
- Work with the Dealer & Customer Support group to develop the capacity of the network to diagnose and solve customer concerns through training courses
- Support Customer field days, demonstrations, shows and new product launches
- Undertake a high level of training administration to ensure correct training records are kept; primarily, student names, assessments, and reports
- Provide feedback to the Training Manager and other relevant staff on any concerns that have been brought to the Trainer's attention during training courses

YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering with a well-developed understanding of the product and industry.
- Agricultural background with sound knowledge of agricultural practices
- 3-5 years' experience in service-related function or engineering
- Training techniques and skills related to effectively present and deal with international audiences
- Good customer service skills - Customer Relationship Management
- In depth knowledge of CNH Industrial range of products, with in-field experience an advantage
- Fluent English
- Excellent computer skills using Word, Power Point, Outlook, and Excel software.
- Experience using Lectora/Camtasia/Adobe Captivate or other similar software packages to create Web Based Training material
- Willingness to travel to 'long haul' destinations.
- Be self-motivated and capable of coordinating own personal agenda, including travel planning and booking, and personal expense management
- Team player with ability to work independently without supervision for extended periods
