Software Implementation Specialist

Job Description: The successful implementation and training of our products to new and existing clients is the primary responsibility of this role. You will be responsible for optimizing the implementation process by following and improving upon implementation procedures, including the use of CRM tools to ensure communication is documented and engaging with customers to consult and ensure implementations are strategically planned based on customer needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications: This role requires proven experience in software implementation, consulting, or customer training, as well as strong understanding of business process mapping and familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills are also essential.
