Job Title: Product Trainer III

We are seeking a skilled Product Trainer III to join our team, playing a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences with our gaming and lottery products, systems, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elevate complex customer issues by escalating unresolved calls to internal resources.
  • Consistently follow up with customers on open and closed matters.
  • Thoroughly research, respond to, and resolve customer inquiries, accurately logging issues in our tracking database.
  • Provide expert assistance to customers with cash flow analysis and floor moves.
  • Support customers in setting up and troubleshooting gaming promotions.
  • Offer onsite training and functional support for new implementations and system upgrades.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of High School Certificate or equivalent education level.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent phone manner and proactive approach to customer interactions.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Desirable: 1+ year of gaming analysis experience and knowledge of IGT gaming systems.
