We're seeking a skilled Product Content Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on researching, developing, and delivering in-depth product training content that empowers customers to effectively utilize our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging training artefacts (written/video/in person via web) that cater to both internal and external customers.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the MyPass product through research and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure all training materials are accurate, compliant with regulatory requirements, and up-to-date on product developments.
