Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Relationship Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and developing key customer accounts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality consulting services and software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to manage delivery of services and communications.
  • Identify sales opportunities within key accounts to increase revenue growth.
  • Owning customer relationships and managing any issues or challenges to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Taking responsibility for the commercial relationship and engagement, ensuring SLAs are met.
  • Ensuring technical and projects teams are aware of customer requirements and delivery expectations.
  • Preparing sales proposals, quotations, and responses to RFPs.
  • Conducting pre-sales activities within key accounts in conjunction with technical team leads.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience managing medium to large accounts delivering ICT services and solutions.
  • A proven record of growing key customer accounts and exceeding business objectives and targets.
  • A successful track record developing strategic customer relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
