Job Title

A career opportunity has arisen in our Client Services department for a highly motivated and experienced professional to manage our customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing dedicated support and ensuring seamless communication with internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and internal departments.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to customers on all aspects of our services, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance overall service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, preferably in a corporate or government environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to think commercially and drive business growth.
  • Experience in process development, improvement, and implementation would be highly advantageous.
