About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to join our Lifestyles leadership team as a Site Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing one of our day service centres in Sydney's North Shore, leading a team of staff, and delivering high-quality support services to individuals with disabilities.

The Site Manager role is a challenging and rewarding opportunity that requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively, and a commitment to quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of staff, including recruiting, on-boarding, training, coaching, and performance management
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of funds
  • Liaise with families, stakeholders, and other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion, and develop plans to achieve these goals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a management role, preferably in a community-based health or disability service
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work proactively to meet the needs of the service
  • Demonstrated experience in budget management and sustainable rostering practices

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, plus superannuation and other benefits.
