We are currently seeking an experienced Store Manager Assistant to join our dynamic retail team. This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about leadership, customer service, and driving sales growth.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will assist the Store Manager in overseeing all store operations, ensuring seamless management during periods of absence. You will be responsible for coaching and developing the in-store team, identifying sales opportunities, and enhancing customer experiences through excellent service and product knowledge.

This exciting role involves:

  • Supporting the Store Manager in managing day-to-day operations, including supervising staff, monitoring inventory, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
  • Developing Team Members by providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure their growth and success within the company.
  • Driving Sales Growth through effective stock management, implementing promotional strategies, and analyzing sales data to inform business decisions.
  • Delivering Exceptional Customer Service by providing personalized styling advice, responding to customer queries, and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Managing Inventory and Stock Control by receiving new shipments, processing returns, and maintaining accurate records.
