About the Role:

This Assistant Store Manager position offers an exciting opportunity to develop leadership skills and advance in retail management. As a first-time manager or experienced professional, you will be supported by our experienced Store Manager and Business Manager. We provide comprehensive guidance as you embark on this new phase in your career.

As Assistant Store Manager, your key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of the store, stepping in to manage operations when needed.
  • Inspiring, coaching, and developing the in-store team with the Store Manager's collaboration.
  • Identifying sales opportunities and improving overall revenue through effective strategies.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and styling advice to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Managing new stock deliveries and curating visually appealing store displays.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as payroll, banking, and rostering.
