About the Role:

Our Assistant Store Manager role offers the perfect opportunity to develop your leadership skills and advance in Retail Management. If this is your first move into a management position, your excellent customer service abilities, paired with your genuine passion for people and fashion, will be supported by your Store Manager and Business Manager. We're here to guide you every step of the way as you embark on this new phase in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of the store, stepping in to manage operations in their absence.
  • Inspire, coach, and foster the growth of the in-store team in collaboration with the Store Manager.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve overall revenue.
  • Enhance customer experience with friendly and attentive service, strong product knowledge, and up-to-date styling advice.
  • Manage new stock deliveries and curate the store's visual merchandising.
  • Assist with administrative tasks for your store, including payroll, banking, and efficient rostering.

Your estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000, based on industry standards and location. This figure may vary depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
