**Pastoral Care Coordinator Opportunity**We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pastoral Care Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be sympathetic to the mission of promoting life in all its fullness by providing aged, health and community services.**Key Responsibilities:**
  • We are looking for someone with background and qualifications in Pastoral Care or willingness to obtain them (Clinical Pastoral Education, Theology, or Spirituality).
  • Previous pastoral experience in an aged care environment is highly desirable.
  • The ideal candidate should demonstrate the values of compassion, honesty, hospitality, respect and excellence.
  • Highly developed communication, interpersonal and active listening skills are essential.
  • Exceptional planning skills and ability to complete computer-based pastoral care plans for each resident are required.
**Requirements:**
  • The successful candidate must be willing to obtain a personal NDISWC through their state government provider prior to commencing employment.
