Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team at Publicis Groupe. As a key member of our Production team, you will play a vital role in supporting the workflow and resourcing, finance reconciliation, and reporting.

About the Role

As the Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Building relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the team is aligned and resourced effectively.
  • Managing job numbers, creating estimates, new vendors, and raising purchase orders as needed for the team.
  • Liaising with Producers, Agency teams, and Clients to ensure all jobs are set up and reconciled correctly and billed on time and within budget.
  • Completing general runner duties for active productions, including ad-hoc requirements, sourcing materials, and assisting with shoot requirements.
  • Tracking and maintaining budgets for freelancers.
