About the Role

As the Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Production team with workflow and resourcing, finance reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Working closely with the Operations teams on ad-hoc and admin-based tasks.
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the team is aligned and resourced effectively.
  • Liaising with Producers, Agency teams, and Clients to ensure all jobs are set up and reconciled correctly and billed on time and within budget.
  • Completing general runner duties for active productions, including sourcing materials and assisting with shoot requirements.
  • Tracking and maintaining budgets for freelancers.
