The role of the Incident Resolution Specialist is to manage and oversee the resolution of incidents and complaints, ensuring high-quality administration services are delivered to clients.
This involves effective management of resources, workflows, and forward planning, while monitoring quality and service standards in accordance with resolution timeframes and service level agreements.
Key responsibilities include identifying, logging, investigating, compensating, and resolving incidents in a timely manner, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
Additionally, this role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance customer experience.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent PC skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications include RG146 Superannuation qualifications and 5 years of experience in superannuation fund administration.
