Superannuation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Superannuation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Technical Advice team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our members' beneficiaries and estate.
The primary objective of this role is to assess claims for superannuation death benefits and undertake associated administration activities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Communicating effectively with claimants in a professional and sensitive manner
- Investigating eligible beneficiaries of deceased members
- Analyzing patterns and trends to identify areas for process improvement and driving initiatives to enhance services with key stakeholders
To succeed in this role, you will possess a strong work ethic, commitment to accuracy and compliance, and a comprehensive understanding of superannuation laws, regulations, and policies.
You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trust and provide a positive experience for our members.
