What You Will Get To Do :
The Super Administration Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the administrative team, ensuring efficient and effective administrative support across the organisation. This role involves leading a team of administrative professionals, managing workflows, and implementing best practices to enhance productivity and service quality.
Team Leadership : Supervise, mentor, and motivate the administrative team to achieve high performance and professional growth.Workflow Management : Coordinate and manage administrative workflows to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.Quality Assurance : Implement and maintain quality standards for administrative processes and services.Training and Development : Identify training needs and provide ongoing development opportunities for team members.Resource Allocation : Allocate resources effectively to meet the demands of various departments and projects.Problem Solving : Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise within the administrative team.Communication : Facilitate clear and effective communication within the team and with other departments.Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, productivity, and areas for improvement.Policy Implementation : Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency.What You Will Bring :
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team leader position.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.We encourage applications from people of all backgrounds to enable us to bring diverse perspectives to our thinking and conversation.
