LEAD Childcare are searching for Administration Support to join our Head Office Team. We are looking for a professional who is hard working, has friendly phone manner, a positive attitude, open to learning new skills, follows directions well but has initiative and can work autonomously. Full training and mentoring will be provided, with a view to career progression.

**About the Role**:
The **Administration Support** position will work within our Head Office Team. You will work across all areas of our Head Office to ensure the following duties, not limited to, are achieved;
- Administrative and office duties
- General data entry
- Photocopying, printing, scanning documents and filing
- Assist reception with answering phone
- Assist with general office duties as required
- Office housekeeping
- Assist marketing team with events and social media posts
- If required, assist Head Office teams

**Essential Requirements**:

- MUST have organisational skills
- An ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Professional and committed
- A high level of communication skills
- Customer serviced based skill set
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to focus on details

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $23.94 - $26.18 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 37.5 per week
