About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist to join our national Sales Support team at Vocus Group. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in reducing the order-to-bill time for our Enterprise & Government sales team, improving the customer experience of order management and onboarding, and enhancing sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain effective working relationships with the Enterprise and Government Sales Team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Sales Process Checks: Conduct thorough sales process checks and validations to support commercial close, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Order Management: Accurately and efficiently capture and detail assigned orders, perform order entry and processing as required, and submit to delivery teams.
  • Triage Order Issues: Triage order submission failures and on-hold orders, taking necessary actions to resolve issues and manage to completion.
  • Order Monitoring: Monitor orders through the delivery phase and ensure correct first billing.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Telecommunications industry.
  • Enterprise Customer Orders: Exposure to working with Enterprise customer orders and a strong understanding of the sales process.
  • CRM and Order Entry Systems: High proficiency in Enterprise-grade CRM systems (Salesforce an advantage) and order entry systems.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with the sales team.
